We request access to your Apple Health (HealthKit) data (such as sleep analysis, heart rate, workouts, and body measurements) solely to provide you with personalized biohacking insights, anomaly detection, and AI-driven protocols.

• Local First Processing: Your HealthKit data is read directly on your device. It is not synced to a central company database.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your HealthKit data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

• No Profiling or Advertising: Your HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

• Encrypted AI Analysis: Only when you explicitly request an AI analysis (such as scanning a lab document or asking for a protocol), the relevant, anonymized metadata is securely transmitted over an encrypted connection to our secure cloud backend. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored permanently nor used to train public AI models.

2. Camera and Photo Library Access BioVector requests access to your device's camera and photo library specifically for scanning lab documents and blood panels. These localized images are analyzed via our secure AI backend to instantly translate physical documents into your digital medical profile. Images are processed ephemerally and are not permanently retained on our servers.

3. Account and Synchronization To allow you to access your digital twin across your personal devices, BioVector utilizes Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure. Your application data is synced using your private Apple ID, maintaining Apple's rigorous encryption standards.
